Cancellation Policy

A 5.5% sales tax and a 5.5% room tax will be added to all reservations and a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. The deposit minus a $25 cancellation fee will be refunded only upon notice of cancellation received 14 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made within the 14 days will be refunded minus a $25 cancellation fee only if we are able to re-rent all nights reserved. There are no refunds on early check-outs. You are responsible for all nights reserved, including “no shows”.
